I consider a sucker punch a punch when a nigga not on guard...especially in a boxing situation after an incident like that. Now granted if Ortiz got tired and just put his guard down and Mayweather rocked his ass that is not a sucker punch. But when you had that incident unfold and dude was tryin to "apologize" and his guard is down I consider it a sucker punch. And the ref may have said fight on, but the ref clearly wasn't ready his damn self.
