Opening statements.. Prosecution side

No blood at all on Trayvons hands or body from George Zimmerman

No hand injury bruises or swelling consistent with a physical altercation

Zimmerman was in MMA classes for a year

Trayvon was 5'11 158

Zimmerman was 5'8 180+

That a Actually changes alot. Trayvon being free of Zimmerman's blood is significant. I know enough about forensics to now that is virtually impossible to be I'm hand to hand combat with someone, cause bleeding to them and none is transferred to you.

If Zimmerman's injuries are supposed to be a broken nose and cuts to the back of his head; it's plausible for there to be no blood on Treyvon.

The back of his head was facing away from him, [\B]and noses don't have to bleed immediately when broken; especially if he's lying down.

True but if hes actively and intentionally slamming his head into the ground it would cause bleeding and Trayvon's hands would still have some traces of blood, the argument could be made that it wasnt immediate bleeding too.

I'm sure Zimmerman didnt lie still and allow this to happen either so that needs to be taken into account. What sort of defensive measures did he take? Any of those could have caused transfer.

In any event it's about what the jury can understand and believe, not what actually happened.

i wouldn't say that.. the only call he truly sounded frustrated on was the one where he actually followed trayvon...

that was the call that was different from the rest...

every other call shows that he knew how to follow the rules, he knew how to not get involved...he didn't want to get involved, and he diligently played his part as a civilian...he tried everything in his power to give as accurate of an description as he could..these calls showed that he knew how to not approach, and he knew how to follow the rules so to speak

the trayvonn call is where he showed the agression and frustration

and calling him "assholes" and "motherfuckers" and all that shit....

waaaaaayyyyy different than before...and this time he got out the car......

it paints the picture that he fully intended on approaching and keeping trayvonn held there until the cops showed up...

They are going to paint it as the Prosecutor losing the trial. The Judge is going to do whatever she can to make it difficult for the Prosecutor. Hence this senseless debate over the evidence.
