Wait but according to his animation at the time of the shooting gz and tm had moved away from the concrete before the shooting.... kinda diminishes gz claim his head was being bashed against concrete and therefore he had no other choice but to shot

Did they muthafucka just say Trayvon "woulda" been charged with aggravated assualt?

This shit is mind blowing. It's no question or doubt he followed that boy. But I guess fuck what Trayvon might have feared, fuck his right to walk down the street, because it's not a crime to follow somebody.

Especially a black person cuz they have to prove they're not about to do anything wrong and that they have a right to be there.

"You go back to that room, and you talk about self defense first, because if you can say, ' I think GZ MAY have acted in self defense'.... then we're done."

these women are so ready to get on pintrest and facebook and instagram and yap about all this, call their friends, etc... its driving them crazy. And he just gave them a perfectly legal justification for wrapping this shit up quickly.

i dont see how there is any possibility that he gets convicted. if the jury actually understands the reasonable doubt expectation.. there is no way that they could conclude there is a 0% chance that Zimmerman was defending himself.

You forgetting about manslaughter

From findlaw:

Self-Defense

Self-defense defenses against a voluntary manslaughter charge work slightly differently than they would for a murder charge. When defendants raise self-defense in a murder case, the type of self-defense they claim can be either perfect or imperfect.

A perfect claim of self-defense occurs when there is a reasonable need for deadly force to protect ones life and involves no wrongdoing on the part of the defendant. An imperfect self-defense claim involves an unreasonable belief that deadly force is necessary, some bad behavior on the part of the defendant, or both.

For example, if the defendant was the aggressor in the situation, but still had to use deadly force to protect their life, the claim of self-defense is imperfect.

Now it's up to the jury to perceive zims actions as the aggressor. After all, his actions started all this

Now as for the imperfect self-defense, FL doesn't recognize that. It's only perfect self defense.

Bruh you must don't watch court that much. Reasonable doubt is a instruction. However it's rarely followed. In the mind of the jury, Zimmerman put himself hear because he followed, profiled a teenage boy who had nothing but a juice and skittles. Everything else in this case is just hearsay. The facts are Travon's dead because Zimmerman acted above and beyond the call of his neighborhood watch duties. How could a Jury NOT convict?
