if that was a way to respond to media requests why does it say that the information will be provided after the trial? what use would the media have with the information after the trial? none whatsoever
because he isn't going to talk to the media about while under a gag order
so then why have anything up if he can't talk about it?
that isn't for the media cuz the media is not gonna want or need that info after the trial
looks to me like they are clearly advertising to people that want to receive that kind of training
The media coverage of the trial isn't going to stop after the verdict.
his business is probably being inundated with calls/email from people wanting to discuss it.
it makes sense to put something on your page to redirect all media inquiries. Grant it, he should have it labeled better, but it doesn't exactly read to me like an advertisement to come receive the training. Why on earth would you advertise that kind of thing? It makes more sense for it to be for people asking questions, than it does for it to be advertising
maybe not receive that training specifically, but people just interested in knowing more about it, or to draw more people to the gym off some all publicity is good publicity. seems to me like he's using it as some form of advertising
if it was for the media he could've very easily made that clear

It will be a result of a bad move by the prosecution. I haven't been paying that much attention so I could be wrong, but they are trying to get Zimmerman with a murder 2 charge or something like that right? Whatever they are going for will basically require that they prove that he intentionally killed Trayvon out of anger and hatred or something like that.
The problem is that going that route they have to prove without any doubt that Zimmerman just flat out wanted to kill Trayvon. That's why they keep arguing about who was on top and who was screaming out for help and all that because if Zimmerman was ever in a position of danger or vulnerability, that's all that's really needed to create reasonable doubt for that charge.
To me it doesn't make sense to really go for that. Getting away from all the media BS, there are some things that aren't disputed at all.
1) Trayvon was minding his own business and was not doing anything wrong.
2) Zimmerman, for whatever reason, was stalking Trayvon.
3) Zimmerman for no reason other than the fact that Trayvon was black and some blacks were thought to be responsible for recent robberies called 911 on Trayvon.
4) The 911 operator told Zimmerman to wait for authorities but Zimmerman got out of the car with a loaded gun.
5) Trayvon noticed Zimmerman, felt threatened, and a fight ensued.
6) Zimmerman appeared to get the worse out of the fight and shot Trayvon.
To me that's a cut and dry manslaughter case. Zimmerman harassed and innocent person for no reason, took actions that led to a fight and forseeably so, and killed Trayvon because he couldn't win the fight is actions started. There is no question that if Zimmerman hadn't been stalking Trayvon in the first place or hadn't of gotten out of the car the way he was instructed not to by the authority, Trayvon would still be alive.
I stopped reading early..
just wanted to tell you they can give jury instructions to convict of a lesser charge
manslaughter
http://www.mediaite.com/online/even...d-manslaughter-he-could-still-serve-25-years/
Yeah, I know. My point wasn't that they didn't have manslaughter as a possible charge. My point is that they are basically putting their cart behind the Murder horse. The problem with that is that they may not have done enough in the case to convince the jury that manslaughter should definitely stick because they've spent so much time arguing stuff that ultimately doesn't matter and has turned out to hurt their case more than its helped.
