its either 2nd degree murder or he's free... he's already pled not guilty, he cannot take a plea deal for manslaughter now.

At this point, I would gladly welcome it. There has to be some accountability on his part for killing an unarmed teenager that had every right to defend himself.

not a plea deal, I was watching CNN last night and they were sayign the manslaughter is included, the prosecution has to ask the judge to allow it to be considered. they were saying then the jury would work its way down from 2nd degree, to manslaughter to agg assault.
