Powerade got Vitamins mixed with the sugar water and electrolytes. Only difference is it may give you an energy boost due to the B12 in it. Otherwise, I fucks with the Gatorade powders. Buy one can for 9 bucks at Wal-Mart and the shit lasts for MONTHS if you only drink it by the half scoop on workout days like I do.

They fucking up not releasing more flavors in the powder cans though.
