Too bad always thought the reviews over there were better than IGN and Gamespot...

Good riddance. Got oversaturated with random-ass vlogs and podcasts not to mention payola-related banning of members who left negative feedback on "sponsoring" companies' games.

^^^Pretty much this. Use to stay on that site in the mid 00's. But I don't see why they just can't move to youtube with their reviews etc.

Cant help but wonder whether surge of youtube was a contributing factor to their shut down , I mean for me if I want to watch gametrailers I always go to youtube. In fact a lot of these vloggers have huge followings there.
