It's another thing to show no remorse immediately - Releasing video (lets say if he just put it on youtube - 2nd strike), creating website (3rd strike), putting ads on the website (PROFITING from the ass whooping - 4th strike)
So... he's already in TERRIBLE shape now in a court of law... Now the dumb ass goes and:
After getting sued: is publicly dismissive of the lawsuit and shows no remorse (5th strike) , threaten to COMMIT THE ACT AGAIN (6th strike), threaten to commit the act again BECAUSE HE IS SUING YOU (7th strike)...
