U need deals even if u create ur own label. The label is supposed to have artists in it, not him being on his own label. Think u heard it wrong.

Game been close with Wayne and Birdman for years, not surprised by this at all tbh. Only other logical move he could've made was go independent. With YMCMB, he is already a priority. No other artist (excluding Wayne and Nicki ) will be releasing a album before him. Drake will be taking a break since he just released NWTS. I'd say Nicki, Wayne, Drake, and Game will be YMCMB's top priorities. He will get more creative freedom compared to when he was on interscope.

Also, Game and Lil Wayne have good chemistry on tracks. He will also be getting the Drake stimulus package. That "Good Girls Go Bad" track showed us what they're capable of when working together.
