I fuck with the idea of Tyrion getting Danaerys. Don't think it's likely, tho.
The way I see this ending... I doubt there will still be a "7 kingdoms" after this. I see Jon still being KITN and Dany will be Queen of the South. They coulda put all the incest marriage theories to rest already had they kept Val the Wildlings princess in the story. That's who I thought ol girl from the Hardhome episode was gonna be.
Iron Islands will be doing their own thing while still being allies with Dany, as will Dorne. Highgarden is finished and will be assimilated into the south. Stormlands and Lannisport too.
Jon and Dany is the Ice and Fire so they live. Tyrion and Davos live because reasons. Tormund dies, but not before he finally fucks Brienne. Brienne and Podrick live. Jorah dies. Theon dies. Sansa dies. Arya lives. Yara lives. Greyworm and Missandei return to Bay of Dragons to rule. Cersei and Jamie die. Qyburn dies. Varys lives. Two of the Sandsnakes die. Bran lives and either becomes the founder of the new Nights Watch in the aftermath or takes over as the Night King to end the war.

Dolorous Ed and pretty much all the nights watch will be wiped out. Except for Sam. He'll never get back to the wall so he lives. He'll probably get the most happiest ever after ending like LoTR Sam did because Randyll Tarly and his other son die, leaving Sam to be Lord of Hornhill any damn way.
Edit: Lil Lady Mormont definitely outlives everyone.
