The dialogue on this thread is so comical and a good read. You guys make me think when it comes to this show. I stumbled on this show while I was on orders in New York bored out my mind wasn't shit on TV. Season 1 marathon was on and at first the shit was watching me, then the scene where Jamie and cersi was fucking in the tower popped up. Bran caught they ass and Jamie pushed him out the window I said wtf is this?! Hooked every since lol

She was supposed to be married to Robert Baratheon who was Ned Stark's best friend but the Mad King's son - Rhaegar Targaryen fell in love with her as well and "kidnapped" her instead. Robert and Ned waged war on the Mad King (amidst other events like Ned's brother and father getting killed by the mad king via wild fire) but in the process Lyanna also fell in love with Rhaegar Targaryen and 9 months later Jon Snow was born. Ned took Jon as his "bastard" because if he told Robert, he would have killed Jon along with the rest of the mad King's bastards and grandchildren.

That's why Danearys and Viserys were sent waaaaaayy out east where they couldn't be found.

Arguably the most supernaturally powerful character on the show. I have this hunch that he's not coming home, he'll make a sacrifice like Blood Raven and become part of the wall or some shit.

Either way he is the missing piece to this whole puzzle. Whatever happens next hinges on Bran.
