my mom always told me growin up for me to not have known my father i acted jus like him.. mannerisms and temperament.. but my brother and sister is different.. i adapted to my household to get along cause i knew i didnt fit in and thats the main reason i moved out early..

oh yeh.. and when my moms married my step pops she changed my last name.. when i got that closure wit my true father and after his passing guess what i did?? CHANGED IT BACK.. cause no matter what she couldnt change who i was and now i knew jus who that was..

do i still love my step father!!? yes.. do i respect him? got more respect for him then i do my own father.. but i cant deny who i am.. i have some learned behavior from my step pops as well.. i act like him in alot of ways but not think.. thats all my true father and his family.. my daughter acts jus like his crazy ass sisters..

It's the fact that he's the Song of Ice and Fire....He's the bridge between the two greatest, most storied and most powerful houses in the history of the entire realm. I believe he will embrace his Targ heritage AND not neglect his Stark heritage and upbringing. The different between Jon and you, is that you were comparing your step-dad to your real-dad. With Jon, this is is mother's family and his father's family...it's all his blood..he doesn't have to reject either one...

Back to the set stuff...that's why I never banged with House Targ...I goated a gang of Targ posts even though I'm fully Team Stark...I know at the end of the day we in this together through our common bond, Jon...If the seven kingdoms get united, it's going to have everything to do with the wolf and the dragon.....
