All the people in attendance at the Kingsmoot were captains of their own fully crewed ships. Thats how Yara was able to "steal" that many ships with what seemed like was only 15-20 people.

With the Ironborn every captain is a king on his own ship so the crew would be loyal to the individual captains and not Euron. If the Captain say "we riding with Yara." That's him, his ship, and all his men now joined to Yaras cause
