Best shot of the episode was when they showed Jon Snow getting up to go outside and handle dude. All they showed was his shadow. I knew the shit was serious from that shot alone.

Tyrion and Varys aren't actually in Westeros anymore. Remember, they crossed to sea to escape. I guess you could say that they are in a part of the world similar to the Silk Road from real history, so there is a menagerie of people from all over the world there.
