I'm wondering if Stannis is gonna see Jon as a threat now that he's the Lord Commander.

He has the support of most of the Night's Watch, and the Wildlings have some respect for him because he defied Stannis and put Mance Rayder out of his misery and didn't allow him to suffer.

If he can unite everybody the same way Mance did, he's gonna be a problem.

Makes me wonder if part if the reason Stannis made him that offer was because he anticipated something like that happening and wanted to get Jon out of the way.

They kinda made Cersei's uncle just look like a sexist in the show though. He had the same conflict with her in the book, but actually broke down all the bad moves she had been making. In the show, it kinda seemed like he'd just rather have a 12 y/o boy king ruling instead of Cersei because she is a woman.

The show has only been going for 5 seasons and there's less than 44 hours of of combined footage, it's really not that hard to associate names with faces, half of them wear their houses animal design anyway and get referred to by their extended titles a lot. "King Tommen, First of his name", "Robb Stark, King Of The North" etc. It's no different than remembering comics characters, Discworld characters, Street Fighter characters etc to me, it's just a mental catalogue of names, faces and titles.

The kingdom is ruled by the King, not the King's mother. Even though he was a little shit, Joffrey took his role seriously and tried to command respect as ruler, Tommen's off fucking his wife while Mummy talks to the grown ups in his place, they see that shit for what it is so Kevan was like "Fuck this momma's boy bullshit, when the king wants to rule, I'm on call but I don't need my niece patronising my ass like I don't know how we do this shit." Kevan clearly likes Tommen and thinks he could be a good king because he's kind and willing to learn, but he's not playing politics with people beneath him.

What? Joffrey didn't take anything seriously. Did was only concerned with indulging his sadistic desires. Tyrion ran the country while he was the hand. Joffrey didn't even like Tyrion, but he still let him do anything. The fact is, it's not a real issue that the King isn't there. It's understood that when Tommen picks a hand, that person will be the regent and will handle the ruling of the country. The way it was portrayed in the show, Kevan had a problem with a fact that Cersei was trying to assume that regent role. That was literally the only reason he had to walk away because she hasn't done anything yet. In the book, Cersei had already made a list of bad moves, and that's why he left.

lol I just go everybody's name down and all the houses down last season. Hell, even the book readers be having issues with names and houses sometimes. It's hell fucking characters. You should seriously watch them bruh. They like an hour long and they voiced by the actors on the show. Game of thrones is on some straight up lord of the rings/Camelot type of shit. What we watching now is the aftermath of all of that. Shit explains where targareons come from, dragons, everything beyond the wall, all the gods, how all the houses got started, how they came up with they crest, etc etc.

Starks got the G.O.A.T ancestor. He was basically a demi god. Greyjoys had the 2nd best ancestor. Can't speak on the others outside the north though.
