I just went back and watch the first few episodes of season 1, man some things make much more sense going back and much more enjoyable. One thing i caught is how incestuous the Targs are.

Dany's brother always undressing her and grouping her.

Her marrying cousin Snow wont be a problem

George RR Martin did say Howland will appear eventually...Until then, I can't get a good read on him...I'm wondering if he is like Doran Martell and thinks before he acts...he sent his children to help Bran for a reason..maybe he knows what's up and is just biding his time...
