My theory is that they put Ramsey in there and unlocked the cages, but didn't actually open them. Maybe the dogs opened them by pushing on them, especially smelling all that blood.

Cersei is the only villain on this show I've ever liked. The difference between book Cersei and show Cersei is kinda interesting.

In the show, Cersei never really has any power. She tries to form an alliance with the Septon to flex and get some power but it instantly goes bad.
