Littlefinger (in the Vale), Jon and Sansa (with the wildings and possibly Night's Watch).......and the other houses of the North, with the Iron Islands in the west.........KL won't help him because they'll probably have their own problem if the civil war does pop up while dealing with the high sparrow and if Dani comes back.

Ramsay is screwed with the actual North, West and East descending on him, and the fighting to the south have them boxed in........
