Pretty much everyone else in the series pretends like they can be trusted, but will switch sides just as quickly under the right circumstances and won't even be upfront about it.

Little finger set them up and quietly cut out the cancer that is the lanisters(it's working, is it not?). Lets keep it all the way real though, tywin really started everything. What he did to the starks wasn't part of llittle fingers plan though. He was really hurt over that. Now he clearly has a grudge against everyone involved(loyalty).

1. He murked king joffy joe with the help of stark loyalist(obvious) and saved sansa putting marge(a friend) in a position of power.

2. Secretly sent people to go look for the other kids

3. Trained sansa how to rule and survive. Secretly made her apart of his plan for revenge(she just figured that out).

4. Took sansa back home like he promised and left her in good hands(the north remembers).
