It reminds me of some book I read a few years ago about some homeless kid that was nearly victimized by some "homeless kids killer" that was caught and had a roof to live under in jail while Mr. Homeless complained about it. Now I think of it, homeless kids should do some petty crimes and turns themselves in if they get away to have a roof above them instead of suffering in the cold streets.

As for G Dep turning himself in, that's a grown and wise decision of him. It must have felt really hard for him to think of murdering someone and not face his punishment which might explain it. I applaud this decision and think it's the right thing to do.
