He's stuck. He can't release an album. He might not be able to release a mixtape because of the legalities with his contract. Then even if he can legally release a mixtape he'd have to pay for it out of his own pocket, and I wouldn't be surprised if producers, engineers, studios, etc. would want him to pay up front considering the reputation associated with cash money artists

Flex is right in some parts wrong in others.

He's right that niggas deserve what they get when they sign contracts.

He's ignoring that Wayne signed at like 14 and was just happy to get on at the time. By the time resigning came up he thought Bird was going to look out for him. The relationship between them was personal, not just business. That fucked everything up because you expect fam to look out for fam.

But Wayne also saw how BG was treated after he left, how Juve was treated, how Fresh was treated and he still stayed. That shows a complete lack of responsibility on Wayne part.

So Flex is wrong when he said that bullshit about loyalty, nigga Wayne was loyal to a fault. Its Wayne loyalty that got him in this situation.

Flex is ultimately right though when he say niggas pretty much get money and forget how to hustle. That's true for alot of artists. Wayne been pamped longer than he has starved now, the hunger ain't there anymore.

Wayne need a montage like a Rocky flick to get his hustle back up while the lawyers bickering about the legalities of all this and where the money at. He gotta remember what it was like to hustle.

Many rappers aren't good at managing money. They might get a $1 Million check and think there's another one coming, but there isn't. So they spend it on weed, champagne, hoes, fancy cars, expensive kicks, lobster and steak dinners for the whole entourage. Then when the money runs out they go to their boss asking for more money. But that $1 Million dollar check was all they were supposed to get - it says so in the contract, and they signed it.

From that point forward they're living off per diem. They do shows and get a few hundred dollars here and there but that $1 Million check was supposed to last and they blew it.
