Loved the show it was great had a great cast. great storylines form season to season. Made me tear up on occassions.. and it was just an overall well put together show.

Riggins was the anti-tebow

dude was trill from season to season.
to see him take the fall in season 4 damn near killed me.

but i gotta give it up to eric and tammi taylor.
they did everything they could for them kids and that town.

One of the best shows I never watched.
Jus watched the whole series on netflix this past month.
This show can be watched by everyone,not jus football heads.
And im surprised it was so realistic. usually they have everyone becoming superstars and no one gettin into any serious trouble but it was kinda amazing watching a show that was shown on NBC actually show things the way they would really happen in real life.

I just did the same thing this past month....order Netflix for Friday Night Lights....they had some good ass story lines but i wish they would have did more with Landry killing my man!

that show was the shit...only thing i didn't like was that luke didn't getting any offers and and had to go to the army...coach taylor was the best high school coach ever...won the state title at 2 different schools in 5 years and built the 1 program up

One of the greatest shows I've ever seen.

That being said, I didnt like how most of the original casts left, but I understood the point. Most of the "next generation" didnt live up to the originals, but Buddy, the Riggins and Taylors made up for it.

And unless she wasnt available, it didnt make any sense to have Tim Riggins end up with Tyra instead of Lyla. For the most part, she was his motivation. And I wish they would've kept Landry around.

Just started watching this on Netflix, almost done with season 2. It's a damn good show, wish I had supported it while it was still on TV. Loved the concept.

It did the original movie justice.
