I think Beanie Sigel is the better artist, makes the better music, has the better albums. I would expect Jay Z to out rap Beanie technically as Jay Z is the most technically complex rapper ever. When it comes to double and triple entendres, word play, flows, punchlines, double time rhyming, rhyme schemes. Jigga beats rappers in those departments put Jigga at his best in a cypher against any rapper he will always out flow and technically out rap them. But i judge rappers on their song writing/artistry/songs/message (how entertaining that substance delivered) and creativity. Not that i think Beanie is 1 of the elite as an artist but better than Jay Z to me
