george clinton is right, kednrick has the musical knowledge to do everything, like he said, kendrick can become the next prince

lupe? he doesn't know shit about music. trying to be compelx for the sake of it, nigga basically saying simple things in a complex way

Can you explain to me how kendrick is more "musical" than lupe? what knowledge does he have?

Cause he sings on his hooks? lupe does that too

Cause he manipulates his voice? FOH

Next prince? I'm a huge kendrick fan but george Clinton can eat a dick for saying that nonsense

kendrick's claim to fame is telling stories .(Which he 's really good at btw)

but lupe is even better at telling stories than he is.

Good choices. But KDot album was superb. Shit was like a movie from beginning to end

I don't get why people say this like it's an epic compliment.

Ya'll do know there are shit movies out there, right? Not sayin GKMC was shit, cause it wasn't.

I think it means that there was a story behind it

the other album people say it about is Ready to Die, which was basically BIG going from birth to death

Food and Liquor and this is coming from someone who still has GKMC in the car from when it came out.

GKMC was deeply personal, it had some really dope stories and concepts, from start to finish it's an epic piece of work.

All that said, F&L's concepts and storytelling are beyond comparison. Just Lupe's approach on most of those subjects is incredible. It's not as personal and deep but it's more artistic by a country mile. I don't even care about the advance version, that's not even a real album, what he put in the stores is more than enough.
