The fact that they charged him with "attempted" murder when the victim actually died is an insult to all of our intelligence.

I read an article where a former prosecutor speculated that the DA did that to give potential jurors a bunch of different charging options.. Since juries love to give those pigs the benefit of the doubt.. They may not be willing to convict him of the strongest charge.. so give them charging options to choose from so they'll hopefully convict that pig of something.. IMO.. Its fucked up that you have to move heaven and earth to hold these pigs accountable.. but it's a sad reality that a lot white people think these pigs can do wrong(especially when there accused of doing something criminal against black folks)…
