I live in nc and as far as sc if you moving to greenville, columbia or any other town close to charlotte then you will find stuff to do for somewhere your age. Charleston alright too. My people live in TX and as the hundreds of posters up here will tell you that state has a lot to offer but tn I dont know about.

What part of Ga are you from? Anything outside of the ATL and anything will be good to you. Augusta, Macon, Savannah, or Valdosta.

If you are in the ATL then only Texas will do. Charlotte is ATL-lite. Even though Nashville is nice I heard.

Knoxville is a nice midsize city. U of T, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge close. If you are a homebody you will be good. It is much slower there. Think Athens(UGA) in North Georgia. It will snow and get cold. I had a supervisor from there.
