Til death do us part. Let the tape rock til the tape popped.

I tried to dub it, but the dub tapes we was buyin was too short, so like half of bring it on wasn’t on there. I couldn’t have that. So I ended up just stealin it from my uncle once the diary came out. Great times.

Bring it on was the precursor to a lot of great art, and artists. Rap a lot had one hell of a roster and contributors. We was such a rap a lot family, we really ain’t care about AEOM because GB dropped the redirection and I think either ma homies or untouchable was new at the time.

Same with big and the diary. Nigga couldn’t tell me shit about my niggas. Face was god where I’m from.

I remember this broadcast like it was yesterday.

My memory is vague on this event, but I do have some fleeting images of this happening.

and I was in high school when this came out

You're a little older than me, but these are the events that I remember

This was on when I was a little kid. My folks used to sit in front of the TV every night like it was the most important thing in the world, but I was too young to understand it

And this happened when I was in 2nd grade

Moms found my Too $hort "Born to Mack" and "Life is Too $hort" tapes. She had a fit and took 'em from me. I waited about a week, walked into her room while she was at work and took 'em back.

Those two tapes are sitting in storage right now.

Yeah but the thing is, if you were under 18 years old when you filled out the contract they can't enforce it.

First rap album I got was 'Puff Daddy & The Family - No Way Out' that I got my grandma to buy me.

But, the first rap album I went out and bought in person, I honestly can't remember. I want to say "When Disaster Strikes", but i dont remember if I bought it or got it for my B-day or Xmas.
