Both Brown and Carter need to be in the Hall, but Brown not making it this year doesn't surprise ... I can't believe this is the third time Carter been turned down. retired the second greatest wideout in history. Still is number #2 in some categories, and is still a top 5 reciever of all time in my book... how he wasn't a First ballot hall of famer is crazy, but to be turned down 3 times... SMH @ the voters

Carter or Brown might get in next year, the thing with the hof committee is that unless it's two QB's they dont wanna put 2 players of the same position in the hall the same year, and as good as they were they are no Rice.
