I swear if I ever have a daughter I will drill it into her head not to be one of those dumb asses who think you can do a bunch of shit while driving...part of the problem is people drill this "Women are such great multi-taskers" bullshit into people's heads that many women think it applies to everything so they think they can look at the road while tweeting/updating facebook about the car next to them, putting on eye liner and telling their kids to stop playing in the backseat...

Me and my girl had this conversation... she tried to say that women drive distracted (thinking about all the shit they have to do today/tom etc.) while men just focus on where they are trying to go... there some truth to that IMO.

Won't make a difference if you smash into somebody and you tell your insurance company "But I was only putting on my mascara"...shit is always funny til your damn near kill somebody doing this shit...my whole perspective on this shit changed all in one instant when that dumb bitch hit me and then had the nerve to try and "sweet talk" me to try and make me not as pissed...giggling and shit talking about "I was running late, I had to do my lipstick and let them know I was on my way"...like you can't wait til you at a stop light or maybe just maybe leave early enough so you won't have to do all that shit in the car

I usually start at the stoplight, but if it turns green I continue. I'm not saying it's right, but I'm not swerving nor driving with my eyes closed.
