Some women can carry a lot of weight on their frame and still look attractive depending how well the weight is distributed to certain areas.

For this reason I look at more how they look and how the weight is proportioned as opposed to what the number on the scales says.

Two women can be the same weight while one looks like umpa loopa and the other looks like an Amazon queen.

Body type, height, genetics, and level of physical activity can all play a factor in this as well.

Monique looks like a good 210lbs before and about 185lbs after.

Not trying to ride the fence on your question but a female who is like 5'11 or 6'0 could easily weigh a 180 and 190 pounds and not even look that big.

It's very hard question to answer but I couldnt image a woman looking her best over 210-215 pounds if she was under 6'0 tall.

Obviously the taller she is the more weight she can carry.

If shes over 6'3 or so I could easily see a woman carrying more weight and it not being noticeable.

I dont have a max weight limit I wouldn't talk to a female as long as she's shapely, well proportioned, and looked good to my naked eye she could get some play.
