He needs to sue the adoptive agency. Most states have laws that states that both biological parents have to give up parental rights before a child can be given up for adoption. And why would the adoptive parents not give that child back?? How incredibly selfish....

I'd do some research but honestly haha i don't care enough. I highly doubt it was just some happy marriage and the chick just up and gave up the baby though. There was something more to it. The father has rights, but there is something missing here and it's interesting no one has questioned that.
