You're thinking civil rights in the sense of 1960's civil rights movement. The general definition of civil rights are rights that pertain to the "citizen." Gay people are citizens just like any other.

He isnt going to be able to make a logical or reasonable argument because he thinks that there's an invisible man in the sky who wrote a book full of instructions 2000 years ago on how humans should think. You cant "debate" somebody like that.

And far as I'm concerned if we put Civil Rights to a vote we'd still be slaves and anybody who isnt white and male wouldnt be allowed to so much as READ without threat of death. So I could really give a fuck what voters say. We have government because humans are generally too stupid to govern themselves. And as corrupt as government it I'll trust a bunch of rich intellectuals to run this country and make the proper decisions before I trust a bunch of dumb ass whites and ignorant ass jesus freak niggas any day of the week.
