it's both...you can't stop people's bias so it is what is there...but if that law were simplified or eliminated altogether i can't help but think that jury deliberations wouldn't be so questionable. this is florida so i'm probly getting ahead of myself lol but having something in the law where x, y, z behavior is flat out right or wrong cuts down on debating if something is right or wrong regardless of bias.

I don't think they are pointing out that he knows how to form a sentence, but rather that he is well reasoned and has a complex understanding of why the verdict was handed down, given the highly emotional circumstances. He is very measured in his responses and isn't spewing emotionally charged statements. I would be anything but able to articulate had I lost my son in similar fashion.
