full work day.... i was doing surveys and coercing ppl to donate money to some environmental cause. Standing outside all day in the middle of the summer flagging ppl down ....shit was nt for me...

1 hour. I was at Chipotle for an hour churning goddamn Guacamole. I threw them gloves down and was out.

Target i went to is run by all snobby white people..i saw the ppl that worked there "college bros" n knew id end up telln one to stfu..i wanted to work for the bitches..

In waitn on a 2nd interview for this other place..black manager was real cool he knows my bro..so i gota see where stuff goes..nothing isnt guranteed..

Last summer I took a job at a temp service. So showed up that morning. I get there and nobody even knew that I was coming in the first place so they had nothing for me to do. That's the first red flag.

After about 30 min they find me something to do and the job easy enough so that's coo. As I'm talking to some of the ppl that work there I find out damn near ery body there is a temp. So niggas really ain't getting on here.Red flag number 2.

Then I find out they had seperate rules for temp workers than they own people. So lunch break came around at 11:30 and I left and didn't come back. I don't even think they knew, because nobody from the temp service called me or anything.

I went to get my check and I got paid the full 8 hours doe for 4 hours work. That was dope.

I think the fastest I ever quit a job though was at Target. Worked there for like 3 weeks and then one day when it was my shift I walked in the store with regular clothes on and they asked me where my "uniform" was. I told them I only came in to fill out the paper work saying I'm quitting. They were BEYOND pissed off at me. Boss was cussing talking about how terrible of a position they were in now (it was a Sunday, the busiest day...did that on purpose). Said they blacklisted me or some shit where I could never get a job at another Target. After they told me that I said "I didn't quit so I can get a job at Target again" and that just threw my one manager overboard. She was so heated slammed a pencil down and broke it. I was just grinning the whole time and said "now you see the frustration every worker here goes through" and she walked out. I filled out the paper work in detail about why I quit and shit on every manager there by name in the document.

Worst job ever.

Found out like a month later that they had pretty much let literally everybody go so that they could bring in new people and avoid the mandatory raise they were supposed to give people.

who the fuck goes into their job at fuckin TARGET of all places to fill out paper work to quit? lmao @ going thru all that hassle 4 a retail job.

My first day.

Part time Cleaners/Laundromat while home from school gig. I was 19. First day the ratchet ass owner cursed me out for fucking up a ticket and putting two dryer sheets in a load. Mind you earlier she went over completing the slip. She flipped over me leaving a part of the slip blank that she left blank on the example.

Her: What the hell is you doing?!?

Me: I filled it out like you said. *handed her the example slip*

Her: You should obviously know to fill the rest of the slip out nigga! (exact words, she was black)

Let it slide...

Like a couple hours later. I'm putting a load into the dryer.

Me: * Puts two dryer sheets in the dryer* (Thought two per load was the universal way of doing it. That's how I always did)

*She Sees me from a distance and comes over*

Her: UH UH! Why you wasting my sheets!

Me: What? I put two, you don't put two per load?

Her: Not here it ain't..I puts one! Just fucking everything all up..fucking it all the way up! You can't do shit right.

Me: You right... *walks out door*

Still drive by that piece of shit til this day.

Worked at the Mars M&M Plant in Jersey. For a full fucking 10 hour shift they made me pat bags of M&Ms as they came out the line to make sure there was no air coming out. If I didn't need the money I would of left that day but I finished the week.

I worked at Meijer two separate times once at 17 and once at 22. Both my stints there don't add up to a year. The second time I quit I didn't tell my manager, I told my co workers nice working with y'all blah blah and the next day I didn't come back. I had direct deposit so I didn't have any awkward moments picking up my last check. Lol they thought I was bluffing.

I unloaded the trucks and used to show up to work 30-45 minutes late a few times a week. One day I slid in late and the crew was going on break so I turn around to go with em and my boss sees me and tells me to get to work. Lol. Unloading a truck by myself for 15 minutes, can't believe I had the nerve to take a break though after I just got there and was late at that. Pretty ballsy on my part.

Target used to be my go to store in my younger days until Walmart took over. But I went there two weeks ago and it was this shawt haired thick black bitch outside rounding up and pushing the shopping carts. I was like she must be a new hire or dumb as a box of rocks.

But anyway, when I first got outta high school and worked at this water park cause all my homies did too. Then one supervisor got fired and so his friends/other supervisors quit and it trickled down to me and other coworkers quitting also. I only worked 2-3 days and just said fuck it walked off. Shit basically imploded.

It was coo, hated the cats I worked for tho this Mexican dude I worked wit thought he was the shit cause his uncle was the supervisor, so he call his self tryna talk down 2 me one day driving back to the job I damn near pulled that truck over and put my foot in his ass. Needless to say I worked there about another 2 weeks got my check and dipped. I heard a few months later the company folded oh well.

Ive always stuck with my jobs for a long time. Shortest time i had a job is 3 months but it was a seasonal job and i got laid off. Only job i quit was after 2 1/2 years. Been with my current company for almost 5 years but worked 3 different jobs within the company. Currently looking to move up to something.
