I usually go with the change of the seasons because thats when my skin freaks the fuck out

I know some people go like once a month but I dont feel the need to

theyre not as addicting as pedicures and brazilians

i've had one and loved it. i seriously came out looking 5 years younger lol. Unfortunately I did not keep up with them but i've heard people say once a month is good. I just try to do my own home treatments now
