He first album was really good. Hes underratted if you ask me if niggas think Jay z got hot shit these days. Song for song ,rap for rap, I'd say he's done better shit than Jay since 06(seriously, we can start listing songs if you guys want). Only thing he shouldna did was let Ray J sock his face up, that wasn't good publicity for a rapper like him. Any artist rapping Gangsta and gettin fired on is a bad career move unless you' re 40 glocc

Fab has had a great career. Nothing to really hate on except his albums are underwhelming.

He's not overrated or underrated.

I don't think he's overrated, I just think he likes to cater to the bitches on his albums too much...

I mean his biggest hit was that U Make Me Better shit with Neo.

With that being said, Loso is still liable to body-bag any beat you put him on.

Most Fab fans know to ONLY check for his mixtapes anyway...

but for real breathe is a classic. even if all of his albums were complete shit, he can at least say he has one classic song.

You talking about one classic song? That would put an MC probly somewhere round 40-60 on the top 100 mc list.

Jadakiss is more overrated, Fab definitely makes better albums and more productive. Fab is on the right path imo, Loso's Way is easily his best album and he is starting to put substance in his raps.

stop it please stop

jada top 15 to ever do it

he's not overrated, more underrated in my book. His albums are too formulaic though, so that's why I never gave him any major props. His mixtapes are fire though for the most part. He's got undeniable skill on the mic, I'm just waiting for THAT album that proves to be his masterpiece.

Fab better than Hov? yall talking blashemy. And Fab one of my fav rappers ever. Fab only problem is he plays it too cool, too often. He plays it safe with the image too much sometimes. I guess you might ask what is Fab underneath the cool? is there anything there? Its like what Lauren Hill said, nobody's cool all the time but, everyone wants to be cool. How can you truly make an album of substance if you're playing it cool?...ALL THE TIME!? you have to be vulnerable to drop substance. that what it is. Substance in your subject matter has to = vulnerability. Coolness= invulnerability. Unless you're Jay-Z post Blueprint or Lupe post Food and Liquor you can't really tread both sides and be believable. Thats why if Fab where to drop 12 tracks he'd always give you 6-really cool witty tracks, 2 club anthems, 1-ill ass story, 3 surprisingly introspective and deep songs (prolly over a synthy type beat tho but, still), and 4 throw away tracks. Thats enough to give you a T.i.N.C or a Soul Tape (some of the best mixtapes ever made IMO). but, an album demands something more. If Fab just went in to the booth and did those 12 songs like I said but, replaced those throw away 4's with 6 "I'ma just drop some hot sh*t I dont give a damn what anyone says."tracks. Then he'd have a classic
