Ex bud smokers; How did you quit?

it takes your sleep schedule a couple days to get re-adjusted, but it really isn't that hard to do.
1. finish, sell, give, or throw away all your weed
2. sell, give, or throw away all your blunts, pieces, lighters, grinders, ect.
3. delete your weedman's number, and tell your friends you can't smoke.
4. do stuff. sometimes you're by yourself in the house, not really doing anything, sitting on the computer, with all the free internet porn the world has to offer at your fingertips... and you say fuck it and start masturbating.
sometimes you're sitting around, not really doing anything, and you know your boys got that grand daddy purp, and you say fuck and chief. weed is a lot like masturbation. it feels great, and all, but never do i sit around waiting to get home and masturbate when im at an amusement park. try doing something productive like working longer shifts (more money), working out (the feeling you get after a good work out > being high), or just hitting clubs. anything that'll take your mind off tree.
5. if you're fiending, or it's a special occasion or whatever, try smoking spice. it feels like weed, but doesn't show up on a drug test you can buy it at any headshop, and is legal (in california, i don't know where you live at). just don't do it in public, because the boys can still bust you for dui, public intoxication, minor posession, ect. but don't smoke it as much as you smoke weed because its stronger (you don't have tolerance to it yet), and addiction and overdose are possible. and it's "not marked for human consumption" so it's only legal until you smoke it. and they'll still get you for dui, public intoxication, ect. so don't do it in public.
if you're busy all the time with no piece, dealer, or niggas hitting you up to come smoke, you're gonna be smoking less without even trying.
and you got spice. you can smoke that shit 10 minutes before a drug test if you want

Yeah that shit fucks a lot of people up. Seizures, vomiting, etc. Luckily, I''ve never had any real bad effects. But a lot of people really tweak the fuck out when they smoke spice. It can give me some pretty bad headaches tho, when I used to smoke the shit everyday.

but doesn't the card cost like 100$ a year? You grow? When i get out to San Jose i plan on turning one room into a grow room get some clones from some dispensary and get a grow hut maybe start out wit 3 plants so i only have to use a 250 w hps set that shit up.

don't invest in HPS or metal halide or any of those heat lamps. get LEDs homie. they cost alot but if you do your research you'll find some good ones with a pretty good wattage AND you'll save lots of money on energy since they don't get too hott which means the fan won't get used to death and the wattage from them isn't gonna burn your plants or send your bill sky high. i've been researching on this subject for YEARS and just got back into it, i'm planning on doing this shit again.

yea u sent all that info to tha state ur doctor should b able to help u mine did all that shit for me, my doc was pricey but him showing up to court and answering phone calls at 2-3 in tha mornin from cops askin him why i got so much weed on me and why i need so much is priceless... i can get u all his info but he in hollywood but he's legit! He's snoops doctor he charges 250 and tha renewal every year after is 150...
