War of the worlds, I get that it's a sci-fi classic but I hate these movies where these aliens come, destroy the planet and then all of a sudden decide to leave to show this "noble high horse" bullshit of gods vs ants universal argument.

Another one is day after tomorrow, so you mean to tell me the planet goes into another ice age and then 3 days later shit goes back to normal and the planet decides it doesn't want to anymore !? SMMFH great build up terrible execution.
