The bottom line is that Iguodala isn't a "go to" type of guy. He's a great 2nd or 3rd option. Problem is that once the REAL AI left town, Dre wanted to fill his shoes and show that he could carry a team. However, the whole NBA world seen that when they played the Pistons the last two times the Sixers made the playoffs, he fell apart under the spotlight.
As much as a headcase as Dalembert was, he was a shotblocker and is sorely missed this season. Everyone in Philly knew the Sixers were gonna suck once they let Andre Miller walk for nothing a few yrs ago. Jrue Holiday is a star in the making, though. But we're so bad that niggas be coming down the paint and scoring at will on us this year cuz we don't have a Center. At least Brand is finally rounding out and is injury free this season (so far).
If we still suck come January/February, Dre and a few others are as good as gone. Oh well, guess Sixers mgmt had better spend some quality time watching this year's NCAA basketball season just so we can see who we're gonna take with our top 3 lottery pick.
