Im talking about warming of the earth currently, the ice caps melting, sea levels rising, weather becoming more extreme, not the biblical global warming.

It's the last days my friend. We haven't seen nothing yet. The global warming that is taking place currently is nothing compared to what's coming in the near future.

So what makes your opinion of the end is near different then the other thousands of time periods that were thought to have been, everyone thinks it will happen in their time your no different then they were. All the stuff happening, wars, famine, drought, economic collapse, natural disasters have all been happening since the beggining of man, what makes now so much more different that it will surely happen in your time.

The signs of the beginning of sorrows are all around us. I keep telling you that what we are seeing is nothing compared to whats coming. Things are going to keep getting worse and worse. We haven't even gotten to the book of Revelation my brother. But leading up to it, we will be experiencing what Jesus called the "birth pangs". These birth pangs will continue to increase with more and more severity as we get closer to the end of this age.

No I believe we still have another 2-3 years of what we see now in worst form, then we will enter our thousand years of peace, then as history has done throughout time it will repeat itself and we will plunge into another period of turmoil, it is always the darkest before the dawn, our time of healing and change is approaching not a man from the clouds sent to murder people.

Now what signs are we seeing now that we havent seen before? And as for Romans 13:11 the other people would have read that and sworn they also knew the times, again what makes you more special than them with that reasoning?

2. How do you know that there is still another 100 years left in this age? Also science hasn't disproved anything in the Bible. 2 things that have come from scientific thought, evolution and the big bang, are distortions brought about by people looking for other explanations for why the world is.

Back then it was extremely hard to probably rare to passing bad news about famines, earthquakes and wars around to the WHOLE world. I think that's why it seems like "so much" today.

1. I don't believe in date setting because the Bible clearly speaks out against it. I just know that the coming of the Lord is nearer than when we first believed.

2. Yes, I believe in a pre-trib rapture. The scriptures clearly speak of it and affirm it.

3. Sounds like the fulfilling of prophecy in Daniel 12:4, "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." Just another sign of the times.

4. I have a scofield study Bible that I use as my main Bible. It's a KJV. I also have a Apologetics Study Bible that I study with as well. Its called the Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Yeah it is. I actually use it to reference the arguing points that skeptics have with the word of God. It's an apologetics study bible so it has tons of articles about how to refute skeptics in regards to certain passages of scriptures and doctrines.

But when I study the word of God I still stick with my Scofield KJV study bible. Nothing can compare to it.

Has that misinterpreted the bible? How does anyone get that they will be taken 1st, before this 7 year theory? In the bible it doesn't specify anything at all a before or after.

Bro. there will be no "rapture" & the tribulation period will be for 3 1/2 years not 7... the gentiles/europeans are teaching the 7 year tribulation doctrine along w/the rapture...both AREN'T bibical..... the LORD gave us a warning to watch for the signs to know when things would come about that will lead us into the tribulation period..... the main sign is watching for the abomanation of desolation that will stand in the holy place in Jerusalem....Once we see this take place we are to flee to the wilderness (Mt. Sinai).... because there will great a time like none before & the LORD will have to stop the tribulation for HIS elect sake, (this will be the time period when whoever is living according to the word will be killed, along w/others but the saints will go down as well) the only way to escape this period is by making it to the wilderness... if not, choices you will have to make, because the person known as the (a.o.d) is the same person in revelations making people take the mark of the the beast, you either take it or you get killed....he will be appointed by the pope which is the fales prophet spoken of in Daniel & Revelations.....

So ask yourself, if all of this is to take place, where are the scriptures stating the LORD will rapture us off or take us somewhere in heaven for 7years for him to return LATER? what's the point of HIM telling us to flee if we will be taken somewhere?

take heed to v23-24, Once he takes his seat, people will lie to the masses that christ has returned, but he gives us another warning to those that don't make it to safety, to NOT believe them when the say this.... this is when people will have to make some real choices, either accept the mark or be killed for rejecting it, some people will make it out the tribulation period without accepting the mark or being killed as well...

but if you continue to read the rest of Matthew 24 it will show how the LORD will appear & do what he does, other scriptures also show that once the great tribulation period is over, the 1000 year rest period will take place (peace on earth), after that period is over with, the war of armaggedon (final war) will take place (more killings than what's going to happen during the tribulation period)... this is ALL based off scriptures....kjv....
