Blackout 2? No, another great album of 2009... But i am sorry this album wasnt anything spactacular and was pretty much what you'd expect from a red and meth album...

Looking at the past ok, there MAY have been albums better and that is your opinion even though i disagree with some of them... But again i ask the people saying he shouldnt have won, what album is better?

I applaud an artist for being so comfortable in their skin and body of work that someone like Mos Def would put out Ecstatic ... But that album was very dissapointing IMO

oh and i just rebought Things Fall Apart last week... defintniely remember it being better when it dropped lol

Jay's album wasn't eligible because it was released after the Grammy deadline.

He'll be nominated next year and could, right now, be deemed the frontrunner.

I'm not mad that Em won. I didn't watch the show, and I didn't even know who was nominated. All this talk of Jay winning next year is cool but it seems like everyone is forgetting about that Rae joint. I liked it better that BP3, but that's just my opinion.

To anyone on this site that thinks they can create a topic about Eminem and it not turn into a race dispute, good luck. It's a lost cause. But I don't know why anyone is shocked that he won. No, Relapse is not Em's best album, but look at the competition, or lack there of. And did you really expect the Grammy committee to look at any rap albums outside of the mainstream? Most of those people have only heard of Jay-Z, Em, Kanye, and Lil Wayne. It's not like they were gonna consider Scarface or Raekwon's last album.
