Yo this not been posted on here??? Safe to say hes never gonna top his original 'Wake Up Show' freestyle, but this is the first music/cypher Ive really liked from Em in ages... Would of been better over a beat though... Not sure if its really off the top like he said but still its dope as fck...

Yeah, it was off the top. You can tell an off the top Em verse, he goes with the flow but whatever's on his mind will be added to it. Peep the Tim Westwood freestyle he did with Proof (a better freestyler IMO), and that was in 2000. He's done this shit for years, it won't be that hard for him to come up with that complex of a format spontaneously. All he did was rattle off celebrity names and string some rhymes together.

Yeah man Ive heard all of his freestyles, I got a crazy 100 track mixtape with all his freestyles from back in the day haha I just think he had loads of verses in his head and he just spat them out in random order, I can usually tell a real freestyle a mile off, still I might be wrong... It was dope either way...

Yeah, I think he had some premeditated shit in his head, but I think it was mostly just headlines he stumbled across. Em's a crazy fuck, so that kind of debauchery is in his head 24/7... all he has to do is catch a flow and keep memory of what he has to say. No freestyle is completely off the top of the dome, there has to be some jumping off point to create a flow. I freestyle pretty well myself, and that's the process most rappers go thru. But Em is next level at that shit. His freestyles used to sound like writtens back in the day, and he evolved so much I won't be surprised if his freestyle have evolved as much as his writtens did.
