nah, cuz rebounds could be offensive and so can the points he gets from the rebound.
But, to me, he's just not a very skilled offensive player, he just gets what he gets based on pure athleticism

Dwight has no finesse. unless ur Shaq it wont work vs good defensive teams. they will foul him so he gets no dunks or layups. he misses his freethrows. they are not gonna double and leave the 3pt shooters. this is why Lewis needs to post up or Vince. they are fore feeding Howard instead of letting him get points off of offensive rebounds. it tells me that these coaches cant coach or are just stubborn. same with Shaq and Lebron last series. u saw how much better they did with Gortat in the game. but u need Howards defense and rebounding so its a catch 22. Id play Gortat and Howard at the same time with Lewis at the 3 and Vince at the 2.

The funny thing is, Stan never game plans for Dwight to be the number one option, but this game either he gameplanned it (which it looks like) or the Celts are forcing it (which it looks like due to not giving up the 3)...coupled with the fact that Orlando's shooters are laying Eggs right now when they do get shots.
Gortat needs to be in the game with the starters for a bit, it might be able to get Lewis, Pietrus/Barnes/Nelson some shots and get them into the flow of the game!

Dwight is weak and always will be. He is more concerned with being a comedian than legitimate center and a winner. He has absolutely ZERO post game and is not intimidating in the least. To be a dominant center you either have to have a post game or a mean streak or both and he has neither. Gortat should be the starting center period, Orlando will never win a championship as long as Howard continues to play like a bitch, ole shuck and jive ass nigga. He's just soft period. I mean David Robinson was a "nice guy" but he wasn't soft. Dwight Howard is not even close to being Superman somebody should get him a wig because he's playing like Rupal.

I wouldn't double-team that nigga for shit. I 'd stay at home on Orlando's shooters all game long. I just don't think it's possible for Dwight to drop 30+ points in a playoff game, so I'd always give him single coverage.
