I basically grew up in Scarborough, and I am very familiar with the area where the dude got killed. He was probably checking a ting or someone because that area is calm. Definitely a setup. As you can see he was in the lobby probably waiting to be buzzed in.

I'll never understand the joy of living in a crime infested area, or proud to see my city having the highest murder rate. That's just me though.
