Toronto's homicide rates aren't anything close to the cities in the US... shit, we don't even have the highest in Canada at that, to be honest, lol. But, this right here is brutal.

I basically grew up in Scarborough, and I am very familiar with the area where the dude got killed. He was probably checking a ting or someone because that area is calm. Definitely a setup. As you can see he was in the lobby probably waiting to be buzzed in.

I'll never understand the joy of living in a crime infested area, or proud to see my city having the highest murder rate. That's just me though.
