Best rapper no but I do believe he's one of the greatest artists ever. His run is unprecedented and the music is good at the end of the day. He's a solid rapper and probably has wrote the majority of his raps but if we're talking strictly hip hop I have him somewhere in the top 50 based off commercial success alone.

so folks are really in here acting like its not true???? So we have to reword it saying he is the most established and diverse either way I thought this wasnt even questionable.

We def got to have a sub thread so the 35-45 crowd can have their time to shine. Lol

I listened to 4:44 the day it came out and asked myself, "How the fuck is a 47 year old the best rapper out right now?"

Then I finally decided to listen to "DAMN." by Kendrick. I've been avoiding it because of how overhyped and overrated he is. I was fucking with Kendrick heavy when he was releasing Kendrick Lamar EP, Overly Dedicated, Section.80. GKMC was wack to me, TPAB was dope, Untitled Unmastered whatever was a snooze.. boring as shit. 'HUMBLE' came out and the dickriding from people was so heavy, I didn't understand.

After finally listening to DAMN, I was like... damn... this shit is dope.

and then I wondered, which is better, 4:44 or DAMN? I'm listen to both these for the rest of the year to figure out. It's a close call.

Kendrick really did his thing on this one... He had elements of Section.80 on this mixed with the best parts of GKMC, mainly or specifically from 'mAAd City'.

Btw, to be on topic, 'More Life' has no replay value. It came and went, nobody listening to that shit no more.
