it shouldnt be that hard to switch dorm rooms my dude. maybe a few weeks cuz school just started, but payin rent in DC is no joke. you lookin at AT LEAST a G for a 1br, and thats before utilities. i'm pretty sure your $700 is everything included.

I hate roommates more than anything. I need my privacy. I don't even like living at home, and my roommates here are my family. You said there's 3 rooms right? Are any of these extra niggas living in your room? Because that is something you shouldn't even think of putting up with. If they are crammed into the other rooms and they don't violate your privacy then its not a big deal. But they can't be out here drinking your juice. Get a mini fridge to put in your room.

dude above me. you looking at $1,000 for an apartment in DC in a normal neighborhood. Add $200-300 if you want a trendy spot. Subtract $200-300 if you dont mind living in Southeast (i.e. you dont want to live in Southeast)
