His flow on College Dropout was wack. He lowered the volume on his vox so that the beat could be louder on some songs so that you couldn't notice how off-beat he was. The songs where he worked with other writers are better structured and the flows are tight. Kanye West is another Dr. Dre except he himself is heavily involved in the collaborative effort of the writing is just like how Dre is with the production. The music comes out good though, from both.
