first thing i thought about when i read thread title was the rice n pigs shit....

n who knows what kind of "surplus " peanuts these are...could be some shit that didnt meet american saftey standards (which are already low compared to a lot if europe) of some sorts so they jus threw on them...this nation is notorious for that wit food, medicine, medical supplies all kinds of shit free or not...n even when its "free" it aint free
