That's not my point, this is...

It speaks of the fight of all fights, devil vs Jesus. The devil doesn't DIE, he is cast into a hole to be imprisoned. Now if he KNOWS that is coming, why not attempt to thwart the whole situation? I mean, he will fail still but why still go into the situation knowing the outcome?

If I knew my outcome in a fight, or death in the next week, I would attempt to try to get myself around that by avoiding that part of it. Yeah, I'll die another way but my thing was to try to change the outcome of the original way.

Yep, where do you think all these religions came from? lol That's Satan interpreting the Bible in his own way to throw people off what it's really trying to say. Satan knows his fate, but he also knows he's taking alot of people with him... his mission is not to stop himself from falling, he knows that's inevitable... his mission is to take as many people/souls down with him.

Yeah the devil knows the Bible. But that doesn't mean He understands it. I mean the devil tried to tempt Jesus by distorting the word of God against the word of God. The devil is nuts. He has no sense. How can you tempt the word of God with the word of God? LOL. The devil is insane. Also the word of God will not make sense to you unless the Holy Spirit teaches it to you. The word of God is truth and the devil has no truth in him. Therefore he can't comprehend it.

lol, the religious (all of them) come up with any type of explanation to keep their beliefs alive. maybe the answer is, and excuse me if this is too extreme, that there is no Satan...there is no god who made a complex world but ridiculous laws to accompany it...there is no good and evil, other than the good and evil that WE create...there is no conversation with god, just you kneeling and thinking to yourself.

I mean the only way to explain why bad shit happens is because of Satan? Their god just so happens to let this guy from hell have this crazy influence on people with the expectation that the only way to "defeat him" is to carry the sword of the lord. I beg to differ.
